After our ridiculously popular events last year, we are back for a monthly series of Cold + Conscious Connections this Summer!

We will begin the night with some connection activities to get to know the crew before we jump into the ice baths to really challenge ourselves and bring us closer together.

There will be fun games, finger food and music for a night of seriously good vibes and good times!

All of these activities are optional, so if you just want to come and hang out that's totally fine.

Tickets are free, with an option to donate - Registrations are ESSENTIAL. Donations are incredibly helpful and go towards helping us cover the costs and ensure we can continue providing amazing events for the community in the future.
