In this hands-on class we will make the dumpling pastry from scratch, and fill them with 3 different types of fillings and folds. We'll also make some Asian greens as a side, and after dinner we will blow torch our own Lemongrass & Ginger Creme Brulees! Not only will you be a folding pro by the end of this class, you'll have made some great friends and had some fantastic conversations.
